March Art after Hours reception at the Wake Weekly

Wake Forest ARTS has partnered with The Wake Weekly to host a monthly Art After Hours event at The Wake Weekly office, 229 E. Owen Ave, in downtown Wake Forest. This month’s reception, Friday, March 9 from 5 to 9 p.m., features artist Clara Johnson.  Johnson’s collection, Spring Mi Amor, depicts abstracts  full of ethereal color which call to mind trees and creeks and other landscapes. Her works are often blended with circles representing the sun, moon, earth and universe. During the reception, visitors can speak with Johnson, learn about The Wake Weekly and  hear about Wake Forest ARTS’ upcoming events. Refreshments will also be served.
