The 2nd Annual Heart of the Artist Community Art Festival co-sponsors extend a call for artists to exhibit on the beautiful grounds of Wake Forest Baptist Church in historic downtown Wake Forest, NC. This exciting community event will be held rain or shine, Saturday, April 28, 2012, 10am to 5pm. Deadline for entry is March 30, 2012. This theme is “Art on a Mission,” and this year, proceeds from the festival will be dedicated to supporting local hunger relief.
The Festival will also feature a special Young Artist exhibit and competition. Artists under the age of 18 should submit works related to the theme.
The event is co-sponsored and curated by the Virginia Tull Music and Arts Series of Wake Forest Baptist Church and Wake Forest Area Artists.
